Before you buy
Which issues does it solve?
Those documented in your knowledge base: sign-in, errors with a code, settings and how-to questions. It gives one step per message and checks whether it worked.
Does it create tickets?
When unsolved, the case is routed in the WordPress operations panel with symptom, steps tried and error code. Connecting your ticketing system or a status API is optional.
What do I need to configure?
Load your support articles as the knowledge base, set who receives routed cases and connect your AI key.
Does it invent fixes?
No. It only answers from your articles; if something is not documented it says so and routes the case.
How is it different from a generic chat?
It follows a support flow: symptom, code, verified steps and handoff with context, never asking for passwords.

Full product description
Handles first-level support with your knowledge base: understands the symptom, asks for the error code, guides one step at a time and checks whether it worked. If it is not solved, or it is about billing, it routes the case with symptom, steps tried and code. It never invents causes or timelines.
