Full product description
When a voucher code does not apply, it explains with its configured rule which condition is missing: minimum amount, excluded products, validity or per-customer use, and how to meet it. It never creates codes, extends validity or applies manual benefits. If the rule is met and it still fails, it routes it as a technical error.
