Does it create tasks or tickets in another system?
No. It structures the request and, when you ask, passes it to the responsible person; the case stays in the plugin's Operations panel.
Does it approve requests?
No. It structures the request and states who handles it; approving belongs to the responsible area.
What do I need to configure?
Load your internal process catalog as the knowledge base, set who receives routed cases and connect your AI key.
Does it invent answers?
No. It only answers from your approved sources; if something is not documented it says so and routes the case.

Full product description
Identifies each internal request's type with your process catalog, asks only for the required data and states the responsible area and time. When the requester asks, it passes the case to the responsible person with confirmation and it stays in the Operations panel. It never approves or executes anything.
