Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of robert.pe, the Robert AI marketplace, customer portal, digital downloads, AI agent products, documentation, support services, customization flows, and related communications. By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a product, downloading a file, or using Robert AI services, you agree to these terms.

Robert AI marketplace

Robert AI provides business-ready AI agents, WordPress plugins, manuals, configuration resources, digital product packages, and related services. Products may include downloadable ZIP files, installation manuals, knowledge-base context, commercial assets, integration guidance, and assisted customization options.

Digital products and licenses

Products are delivered digitally through the customer portal after purchase confirmation.
A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product according to its documentation and scope.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, products may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, copied as a competing marketplace product, or presented as original work by another provider.
Customers are responsible for installing, configuring, securing, and maintaining their own WordPress environments unless they purchase an assisted deployment or support service.

Customization and AI usage

Some products may support customization of logo, colors, language, greeting, prompts, knowledge base, website context, WhatsApp, webhooks, APIs, ecommerce awareness, and workflow rules. Customization does not transfer ownership of the underlying Robert AI technology, plugin base, architecture, documentation, or commercial assets.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or require human review. Customers must validate responses before relying on them for legal, medical, financial, tax, security, compliance, or other high-impact decisions. Robert AI agents are designed to assist workflows, not replace professional judgment.

Payments, refunds, and downloads

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise indicated. Digital products are made available after successful payment. Because downloadable software and digital assets can be accessed immediately, refunds may be limited once files are downloaded, licenses are issued, customization begins, or support work is delivered, except where required by law or expressly approved by Robert AI.

Intellectual property

All Robert AI trademarks, brand elements, product names, marketplace architecture, plugin code, generated agent structures, documentation, commercial images, workflows, prompts, configuration patterns, and product packaging are protected intellectual property of Metatech Peru or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering for competitive resale, redistribution, scraping, or publication of Robert AI products is prohibited.

Acceptable use

Do not use Robert AI products for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, spam, malware, credential theft, harassment, or rights-infringing activity.
Do not overload the service, bypass usage limits, abuse AI credits, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or customer data.
Do not upload confidential, regulated, or third-party data unless you have the legal right and appropriate safeguards to do so.

Third-party services

Robert AI may integrate with WordPress, WooCommerce, payment gateways, Meta/WhatsApp, AI providers, webhooks, APIs, analytics, email services, hosting providers, and automation tools such as n8n. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, limitations, pricing, and availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robert AI and Metatech Peru are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, digital products, AI responses, third-party integrations, hosting environments, or customer configurations.

No se permite revender, copiar, redistribuir ni crear productos competidores usando nuestra base, marca, código, documentación, imágenes, estructura o workflows.
