Privacy Policy

Robert AI is an AI Agent Marketplace operated by Metatech Peru. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when users visit robert.pe, interact with Robert AI, purchase digital products, use our customer portal, or communicate with us through website chat, email, WhatsApp, Meta platforms, or other connected channels.

Information we collect

Account information such as name, email address, billing details, and login data.
Order information such as purchased products, payment status, downloads, licenses, and support requests.
Conversation information voluntarily shared through Robert AI, WhatsApp, website chat, email, or support channels.
Technical information such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited, security logs, and cookies needed for ecommerce, authentication, analytics, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
Business context provided by customers when configuring AI agents, including brand information, website content, services, products, workflows, FAQs, and integration preferences.

How we use information

To provide access to the Robert AI marketplace, customer portal, downloads, licenses, and digital products.
To process purchases, invoices, payment confirmations, refunds, and support requests.
To answer questions, recommend AI agents, provide onboarding, and support post-sale implementation.
To operate AI-assisted conversations with user-provided context and improve product recommendations.
To protect the platform from abuse, spam, fraud, unauthorized access, and excessive automated usage.
To comply with applicable legal, accounting, tax, security, and platform requirements.

AI conversations and Meta/WhatsApp

When users communicate with Robert AI through WhatsApp, Messenger, website chat, or other connected Meta services, messages may be processed to generate responses, route support requests, recommend products, and maintain conversation traceability. Conversations are stored only when they include useful contact information such as a phone number or email, or when the conversation comes from a verified external messaging channel such as WhatsApp.

Robert AI does not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers, hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, analytics tools, AI providers, and Meta services only as needed to operate the business and provide the requested service.

Payments and ecommerce

Payments are processed through WooCommerce-compatible payment providers. Robert AI does not store full card numbers. Payment processors may process transaction data according to their own legal and security obligations.

Data retention

We retain account, order, invoice, license, download, and support data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect the platform, and maintain business records. Users may request access, correction, or deletion when legally applicable.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including HTTPS, access controls, server-side handling of sensitive API keys, and restricted administrative access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and protect customer information.

Intellectual property and customer content

Robert AI, the Robert AI brand, marketplace structure, product designs, agent logic, documentation, images, code, workflows, and digital product packages are intellectual property of Metatech Peru or its licensors. Customer-provided business content remains the responsibility of the customer, and customers must ensure they have the rights to use any content, logos, documents, or data uploaded or configured in their agents.
