Before you buy
Which file formats does it read?
Text-layer PDFs (exported from Word, an ERP or the issuer's portal), DOCX and TXT, up to 5 MB per file. It does not read photos, scanned PDFs, encrypted PDFs or damaged files: in those cases it asks the supplier for the digital version.
Does it certify that the supplier complies?
No. It checks that the documents and data you define are present, correctly formatted and in date, and flags missing items and expiry dates. The onboarding decision is always made by a person on your team.
What do I need to configure?
Your checklist of documents and fields (for example tax ID, policy and ISO certificate), your supplier policy as the knowledge base and your AI provider key. It ships with a sample checklist you can adapt.
Does it connect to my ERP?
It includes no ERP connector. The reviewed file goes to your team through the WordPress operations panel; a webhook or storage connector is optional and set up by you.
Where are the files kept?
The original file is deleted once its text is extracted; only the extracted text is kept for the configured retention time (60 minutes by default).
How is it different from a generic chat?
It works from your checklist: it extracts specific fields, validates formats and dates and lists exactly what is missing, without inventing data or approving anything.
