Does it make employment decisions?
No. It does not decide or anticipate dismissals, discipline, performance reviews or raises, and gives no opinion on individual cases: it routes them to HR through a confidential channel.
How is access limited to employees?
Install it on your intranet or on WordPress pages for logged-in users only. The agent does not filter sources by role (no per-document RBAC): load only policies every employee may see.
What do I need to configure?
Load your handbook and policies as the knowledge base, set where HR handoffs go and add your AI provider key. SSO, Teams or Slack are not included.
Does it store personal data?
It never asks for or infers sensitive data (health, pregnancy, religion, union membership). Routed conversations stay in the WordPress operations panel for your team.
